Role Description The Clinical Mental Health Counselor will provide remote, part-time counseling services to clients across diverse backgrounds and clinical needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, and offering relationship counseling and support for a range of mental health concerns. The counselor will maintain accurate case documentation, coordinate case management activities, and collaborate with other providers in MantraCare’s AI-supported care ecosystem.
The role also involves using digital tools and telehealth platforms to ensure timely follow-up, monitor progress, and contribute to continuous quality improvement in client care.
Qualifications
- Robust clinical skills in Mental Health and Psychology, including diagnostic assessment and evidence-based interventions.
- Experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management to design, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
- Proficiency in Relationship Counseling, working with individuals, couples, and families on interpersonal and communication issues.
- Relevant professional licensure or certification as a counselor, therapist, or mental health professional (state or country-specific requirements).
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, digital documentation systems, and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong communication, active listening, and cultural humility, with a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed care.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain ethical and confidentiality standards.
