About Aspire Care Clinic

Aspire Care Clinic is a growing medical and skin health clinic with locations in Calgary and Airdrie, Alberta. We are looking for an organized and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to support the development and operation of clinical research studies at our clinics.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in clinical research who enjoys working with patients, physicians, research sponsors and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate participant screening, recruitment, enrolment and study visits
- Support physicians with clinical research activities
- Assist with the informed-consent process
- Maintain accurate study documentation and regulatory files
- Collect and enter study data accurately and on time
- Schedule and follow up with research participants
- Communicate with study sponsors, CROs and research monitors
- Assist with ethics and regulatory documentation
- Track study supplies, investigational products and study materials as required
- Document and report adverse events according to study requirements
- Prepare for monitoring visits, audits and study close-outs
- Ensure research activities follow study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable Canadian requirements
- Help develop efficient research procedures as Aspire Care expands its clinical research program

Qualifications
- Degree,



diploma or relevant experience in health sciences, nursing, clinical research, medical administration or a related field
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with patients and physicians
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Previous clinical research experience is an asset
- GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and TCPS 2 certification preferred; training may be completed upon hire

Experience working with clinical-trial sponsors, CROs, REBs, electronic data capture (EDC) systems or regulatory documentation is a strong asset.
