Mino Care is focused on ensuring protected and equitable health for Black and racialized families, and your skills will assist in advocating this crucial mission. Elevating brand stories and key events like MinoFest is also a key part of your contributions. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the narrative around our mission-driven campaigns
- Establish valuable relationships with Canadian journalists




- Develop fundraising communications that engage partners
- Enhance MinoFest and other events through PR strategies
- Manage public messaging and positioning consistently Requirements:
- Experience in earned media and nonprofit PR
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on equity
- Ability to build rapid media relationships in Canada
- Professional or lived connection to served communities
