You will supervise a team of experienced Fishery Officers and ensure adherence to vital legislation while fostering cooperative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Your position will significantly influence the success of national conservation enforcement efforts. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of Fishery Officers in the Detachment
- Implement strategic initiatives for enforcement and compliance




- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Manage training and development of personnel
- Provide compliance evaluation reports to senior management Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma or acceptable alternative
- Proven leadership experience in law enforcement settings
- Experience with compliance program implementation
- Strong collaborative relationship-building skills
