This position requires expertise in corporate/commercial law and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Candidates should have three to five years of legal experience and a dedication to teaching students through hands-on learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise law students in client legal services
- Review and assess student-generated legal documents
- Provide mentoring and guidance on legal matters
- Participate in community outreach and education
- Develop and deliver educational materials and courses Requirements:
- J.D. or LL.B. and membership in good standing with Law Society of Ontario
- Three to five years of relevant legal experience
- Strong communication skills and exceptional judgment
- Familiarity with community resources for clients
