Role Description The CRE Marketing – Fall Co-op is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This position supports commercial real estate marketing initiatives, including assisting with the creation and updating of property listings, marketing materials, and digital content. The co-op will help conduct market research on competing properties, local demand trends, and tenant profiles, as well as compile data into reports and presentations for internal use.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with leasing and sales teams on promotions,



supporting customer inquiries, and contributing to marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance property visibility and tenant engagement. The role may also involve administrative support related to marketing projects, database maintenance, and event coordination.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and prospective tenants.
- Ability to perform Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development for commercial real estate initiatives.
- Interest or experience in Sales activities related to leasing and property promotion.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfort working with data and basic analytics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an asset.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts or previous co-op/internship experience in a related industry is beneficial.
