In this Director role, you will guide Canadian compensation initiatives while establishing a global benefits governance framework. Your expertise will help in building competitive reward structures, ensuring compliance, and leveraging data for strategic insights on talent retention and attraction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compensation strategy for Canadian operations
- Oversee salary planning and bonus administration
- Partner with HR for strategic talent recommendations
- Provide data-driven insights for compensation decisions

- 12+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards
