Strong communication and computer skills are essential, as well as an understanding of logistics and dispatching principles. Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with drivers to manage delivery demands
- Prepare delivery ticket selections and dispatch within systems
- Produce and review performance and truck reports
- Adjust customer account delivery parameters as needed
- Provide customer support on incoming inquiries Requirements:
- Experience in dispatching and logistics is an asset
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience required
- Qualified driving or fleet dispatching experience is a plus
