Serve the community as an Emergency Medical Technician at Biggar & District Health Centre. This casual role involves responding to emergency situations and providing critical care and transportation. As a vital part of the Ambulance Department at Biggar, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and transporting ill or injured patients.
You must possess a Primary Care Paramedic Certificate and relevant CPR, BLS, and ITLS certifications. You will operate under the guidelines set by the Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and be part of a dedicated team assisting in emergency and non-emergency events. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
- Assess and treat patients in critical conditions
- Provide safe transportation to medical facilities
