This role involves extensive travel throughout Canada to maintain and repair laser systems for clients. As a technician, your expertise in diagnosing and fixing medical equipment will support Alma's mission of customer excellence.

You'll draw upon your field service experience while ensuring compliance with quality standards and performing preventative maintenance. Expect a combination of remote troubleshooting and hands-on repairs at client sites. Key Responsibilities:
