- Establish rapport with youth through a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Oversee the 19-unit program, addressing any issues that arise
- Provide counseling, information, and advocacy to youth participants
- Collaborate with community partners for effective program operation
- Maintain an awareness of social services in Hamilton Region Requirements:
- C.Y.W. or S.S.W. diploma required
- 1+ years working with street involved youth
- Experience in a residential setting preferred
- Commitment to versatile work hours
