Elevate your nursing career as a full-time Nurse Practitioner at Yorkton Community Services. In this advanced practice role, you will blend your comprehensive nursing knowledge with the autonomy to manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions effectively.
Collaborating closely with individuals, families, and communities, you will engage in continuous improvement projects focused on health promotion and disease prevention. This position is based at the Broadway St W facility and involves a shift pattern of 11 shifts of 10 hours every three weeks. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment strategies
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
- Build partnerships through community needs assessments
- Support inter-qualified collaboration initiatives
- Participate in ongoing health improvement projects Requirements:
- Minimum three years as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Master of Nurse Practitioner or specialization needed
