Position Overview

Techemet is seeking a dependable and motivated General Labourer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who shows up ready to work, maintains a positive attitude, works well with others, and is willing to learn. It also allows the successful candidate to gain manufacturing experience, develop current skills, and potentially transition into a permanent full-time position based on performance, attendance, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of physical production duties.
- Safely move and handle materials weighing approximately 10–30 lbs on a regular basis.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Stand and remain active for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and physical coordination when completing tasks.
- Take direction from supervisors
- Perform other general duties as required.

- Previous manufacturing or production experience is not required.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Positive attitude and energetic approach to work.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good coordination and attention to detail.
- Comfortable standing and working for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and handle 10–30 lbs.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions.

Compensation And Benefits $20/hour
