Position #: 178536 Expected Start Date: TBD Union: HSAS Facility: Royal University Hospital City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Genetic Specialty Clinic Type: Full time temporary Expected Up to Date: September 30, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Genetics Counsellor $39.866 to $48.761 Travel Required: Yes : Under the direction of the head of Medical Genetics and the manager of Ambulatory Services, the Genetics Counsellor participates in the coordination of a genetics program involving screening and accepting patient referrals, preparation and follow-up of families for genetic assessment, assisting in genetic counselling in all genetics clinics; counselling, teaching and liaison with other related fields and professionals, as members of the genetics team.
