About FoSync

FoSync is a Toronto-based startup and digital agency that builds websites, marketing systems, and custom software for businesses across North America.

We're a small team. We move fast. And everyone gets real ownership from day one.

We build and grow multiple products. One of them is Turkville.ca, a well-known platform in the Turkish Canadian community with 35K+ followers, 15M+ monthly views and 1,000+ subscribers.

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth & Creative Intern who's curious, creative, chronically online, and excited to learn how a startup actually works.

You won't be stuck doing one thing.

You'll create content, design visuals, edit videos, talk to customers, help run marketing campaigns, manage work in our CRM, and learn how to spot and act on business opportunities.

Some days you'll be designing a social post.

Some days you'll be replying to a customer.

Some days you'll be helping launch an email campaign.

And sometimes, you'll have an idea we haven't thought of yet.

That's the point.

We want you to understand how all the pieces of a business connect.

What You'll Do

- Create social content, news posts and short-form videos
- Use Canva, CapCut, Figma, Claude and other tools to bring ideas to life
- Explore new creative and AI tools. Want to learn Premiere Pro? Go for it.
- Keep up with trends and figure out what's actually getting people's attention
- Work with the marketing team on blogs, events, email and mobile marketing
- Respond to DMs and customer messages across our platforms
- Learn to recognize sales opportunities and take conversations to the next step
- Keep tasks, conversations and follow-ups organized in our CRM

- Bring ideas. Test them. Learn. Try again.

You won't be expected to know all of this on day one. We'll teach you. We expect you to learn quick.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Creative and genuinely interested in content, design and marketing
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut and/or Figma
- Curious about AI and excited to experiment with tools like Claude
- Chronically online: you know what's trending, what's working, and why people are talking about it
- Comfortable communicating with customers and other people
- Interested in learning how sales and business actually work
- Organized, proactive and willing to take initiative
- Based in or around Toronto

You don't need to be an expert.

We care much more about curiosity, initiative and how quickly you learn.

What You'll Get

You'll learn how content, marketing, community, sales, technology and customers come together to build a business.

And if you love what we're building and prove yourself along the way, there's an opportunity to turn this internship into a paid full-time position.

The internship isn't the destination. It's an opportunity to prove what you can do.

A Few Practical Things

- Minimum 30 hours/week
- Weekday 9:30 AM team meeting
- Hybrid work arrangement
- In-person Toronto events approximately every 4–6 weeks
- If you have classes during the morning meeting on certain days, that's okay. Communicate with the team and keep your work and daily tasks on track.
