transforming and creating finance teams - Experience communicating, influencing and presenting at a senior level - Ability to communicate technically complex financial issues with effective influencing skills at all levels - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Experience working in a highly regulated framework or globally listed organization - Knowledge of USGAAP, SOX, IFRS, or local GAAP - Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics is preferable - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently, proactively, and accountably - Ability to lead and influence across a work from home environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and compliance within a highly regulated environment, while leading and transforming finance teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
