Role Description The HR Business Partner at Medical Record Reviews is a part-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to leadership and team members. This role collaborates with management to understand workforce needs, advise on HR policies, and support organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include guiding managers on employee relations, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting performance management and professional development initiatives.

The HR Business Partner will oversee employee perks administration, ensure consistent application of HR policies, and assist with HR documentation and compliance. The role also involves monitoring HR metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience supporting leaders and employees in a consultative capacity.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements,



including the ability to interpret and apply policies consistently.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits administration, including communication, enrollment support, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess effective Personnel Management skills, including employee relations, performance support, and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage part-time hours effectively.
- Experience in healthcare or medical records environments is beneficial, as is familiarity with distributed or virtual teams.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, basic data analysis for HR metrics, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
