Lead human resources initiatives at Whitehorse General Hospital as a full-time Human Resources Manager. In this in office role, you will report to the Director of People Services & Culture and oversee YHC’s human resources functions.

Your focus will include labour relations, employee relations, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to developing people-focused policies and fostering strong internal and external partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop policies and programs that prioritize people
- Manage recruitment and workforce development efforts
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in HR management or business
- Minimum of five years in strategic HR management
- Experience in unionized environments, preferably in health care
- Proven leadership in high-performing teams
