Salesforce Architect

McKesson Canada is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure CRM solutions. This role drives end-to-end architecture across Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise standards. Own end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions across CRM and Marketing platforms Partner with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Provide architectural oversight across design, build, test, and deployment Lead integration design across enterprise systems using APIs and middleware Guide data architecture, migration, and data quality strategies Ensure compliance with security, privacy,



and regulatory requirements Manage technical debt and ensure long‑term platform health 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise environments Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and release management Proven experience designing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions with integrations Strong knowledge of security, data models, automation, and performance optimization Ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, integrations) Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package as part of our Total Rewards, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets.
