This position is designed for a commercially-minded lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience, ready to take ownership in a dynamic setting. You will oversee the deal desk, managing contracts and negotiations directly with clients, and partner closely with the Head of Finance & Operations for strategic legal guidance. Your role will also involve collaborating with external counsel, and enhancing Quandri's operational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- Build contracting templates and negotiation playbooks




- Oversee data privacy and security contract compliance
- Liaise with external counsel to control legal costs
- Contribute to high-impact cross-functional projects

Requirements:
- JD with bar admission and 2-5 years of experience
- Experience in commercial contracting and negotiations
- Understanding of data protection laws
- Excellent communication and commercial judgment
