Key Responsibilities

- Deliver 1:1 individualized ABA therapy designed and supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA/BCBA).
- Use evidence-based strategies to support communication, behaviour regulation, social/play skills, and daily living skills.
- Record and graph accurate session data; provide clear feedback to your supervising BCBA / RBA.
- Collaborate with families and other team members to maintain program consistency.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision meetings, and case reviews.
- Travel to clients’ homes, schools, and community programs as required.
- Support generalization and real-world skill development in natural environments.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Psychology, Child and Youth Care,



Early Childhood Education, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience supporting children with autism or developmental needs.
- Clear vulnerable sector check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Reliable vehicle/transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Genuine passion for working with children and families.

Preferred Qualifications

- RBT certification (or willingness to pursue it).
- Experience with ABA tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS.
- Availability for after-school, evening, or weekend sessions.
- Strong professional communication and data collection skills.
