- Own and maintain the team’s Wrike workspace to give the team and stakeholders a clear, real-time view of all active projects and statuses.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across marketing, IT, and external partners.
- Act as the central intake point for external project requests, triaging and prioritizing incoming work (high volume on web-related requests).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with project/work management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Jira.
- Strong organizational, planning,



and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
