- Create and update PFMEA and Control Plans
- Supervise flow charts and work instructions development
- Ensure lean manufacturing alignment in processes
- Conduct RCFAs and implement corrective actions
- Assist in evaluating new suppliers for quality Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years in process engineering
- Proven project leadership experience
