Technical Analyst – Access Provisioning

Contract: 6 months

Location: Toronto, ON – 161 Bay Street

Work Model: Hybrid – currently 1 day onsite per week

Role Overview

Seeking a Technical Analyst to join an Access Provisioning team supporting enterprise users across Canada, the US, UK and Asia. The role focuses on user access management, IAM provisioning, ServiceNow request management and Tier 1 access support.

Key Responsibilities

- Process user access requests including new access, modifications and revocations.
- Support access changes related to new hires, transfers and terminations.
- Process IAM attestations and other identity/access requests.
- Manage and prioritize ServiceNow request queues, tickets and incidents.
- Monitor aging requests and ensure established SLAs are met.
- Provision and maintain user access using Active Directory/ARS and related systems.
- Investigate and resolve Tier 1 access-related incidents.
- Escalate issues requiring higher-level technical support.
- Maintain accurate request, troubleshooting and resolution documentation.
- Follow established security controls, procedures and access management standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve provisioning processes and documentation.

Must-Have Requirements




- 1+ year of IT experience within technical support, access management, IAM, service request management or a related environment.
- Experience with user access provisioning, including adding, modifying and revoking access.
- Experience with Active Directory / ARS.
- Experience using ServiceNow for requests, incidents, tickets or queue management.
- Solid ability to follow documented technical and security procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to Have
- Microsoft Exchange experience.
- Experience creating IDs across multiple infrastructure platforms.
- Previous IAM or enterprise access management experience.
- Experience working within SLA-driven technical support environments.

Additional Details
- Tier 1 access provisioning environment supporting business users across multiple regions.
- Standard Monday–Friday business hours.
- Overtime may occasionally be available with prior approval.
