Glo Salon is looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Lash Technician to join our team!

We are an established Vancouver beauty salon specializing in high-quality lash, nail, pedicure, spray tan and beauty services. We pride ourselves on beautiful work, a welcoming atmosphere, continued education and creating an environment where our artists can grow their skills and clientele.

The Position

We are looking for a part-time Lash Technician with a minimum of 1 year of professional lashing experience who is confident working independently and providing consistently high-quality services.

Preferred availability

- 4–5 days per week
- Weekday evenings from approximately 4:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Potentially one full weekend day
- Some scheduling flexibility may be available for the right candidate

This is a commission-based employee position, with 100% of tips going directly to the artist.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Performing professional eyelash extension services
- Creating customized lash sets based on each client’s natural lashes, eye shape and desired look
- Providing fills, removals and other lash services
- Maintaining excellent isolation, application and retention
- Educating clients on proper lash aftercare
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized and organized workspace
- Providing a warm and professional client experience
- Building relationships with clients and encouraging client retention
- Continuing to develop your skills and stay current with lash techniques and trends
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the Glo team

What We’re Looking For




- Minimum 1 year of professional eyelash extension experience
- Professional lash training/certification
- Strong understanding of lash health, isolation and secure application
- Experience creating a variety of lash styles
- Clean, consistent work with excellent attention to detail
- Strong retention and proper application techniques
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Friendly and confident communicating with clients
- Motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele
- Comfortable working independently
- Open to feedback, continued education and growth
- Strong cleanliness and sanitation standards
- An interest in beauty, social media and showcasing your work

Compensation

Commission-based compensation + 100% of tips

Commission structure will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and skill level.
