We are looking for a skilled Lead Hand with over 5 years of experience in commercial interior renovations and fit-outs.

Your expertise will encompass all aspects of the interior lifecycle, including drywall installation, flooring, and ceiling grids. This hands-on position requires high standards and a commitment to delivering excellence, particularly in hospitality and retail environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute T-bar and ceiling grid installations
- Perform expert-level mudding, taping, and sanding
- Install various flooring types and millwork
- Collaborate with Site Supervisor for trade coordination
- Maintain a clean and secure job site Requirements:
- 5+ years in commercial construction
- Valid Driver's License and travel willingness
- Knowledge of Alberta Building Codes
- Mandatory WHMIS and First Aid certifications
