Take on the role of Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at AtkinsRéalis, working with CANDU Reactor Components in Ontario. Provide engineering oversight and ensure project excellence. With a decade of engineering experience, you'll also supervise junior talent and collaborate on critical engineering assessments. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage design activities for reactor components
- Review and validate engineering documentation and reports
- Perform site visits to ensure installation adherence
- Develop and execute design verification processes
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee drafting staff Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Skilled Engineer in Ontario
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience
- Proficient in GD&T; and classical stress analysis
