This pivotal role centers on designing and validating Mexico-specific regulations and processes in SAP FICA. Element is seeking a proactive lead to oversee the configuration of Mexico-specific regulatory requirements within the SAP FICA framework.

You will ensure compliance with local obligations including CFDI e-invoicing and SAT reporting while collaborating closely with external SAP consultants and integrators. Your expertise will establish you as the go-to authority for SAP localization in the MX FICA program. Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end design and SAP configuration for MX regulations
- Lead configuration for Document and Reporting Compliance




- Validate IVA tax determination and compliance scenarios
- Approve RICEFW objects to ensure compliance
- Support data migration and validate critical legal data Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
- 6+ years SAP experience, with 8 years in FI-CA
- Hands-on with SAP DRC for Mexico reporting
- Solid knowledge of Mexico tax regulations
