The Continuous

Improvement, Supply Chain Program Manager leads Lean initiatives focused on refining operational processes. You will facilitate cross-department collaboration, perform root cause analyses, and conduct Gemba walks to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Lean and continuous improvement programs in operations
- Facilitate departmental collaboration to streamline process flow
- Drive hands-on Gemba walks and kaizen events
- Manage change initiatives aligning digital transformation with ERP/MRP
- Track and report KPIs to promote operational excellence Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or supply chain
- Solid knowledge of Lean principles and tools
