We seek a robust analyst with a problem-solving mindset who is ready to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Support the Director of M&A; in evaluating acquisition targets while transitioning from data gathering to impactful analysis. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide financial modeling and valuation support for M&A; activities
- Conduct thorough due diligence to identify integration needs




- Assist in tracking financial performance of acquired companies
- Optimize FP&A; processes and existing models
- Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders Requirements:
