Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management role in Halifax, NS (PSEUDIO/envy+grace). The management team oversees day-to-day store operations, performance supervision, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include deliver top notch customer service, monitoring sales performance, coordinating merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Management supports training and development of team members, and collaborates with ownership on sales targets, promotional activities, and operational improvements. The role requires a visible presence on the sales floor and active participation in store opening and closing routines.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing setting,



with skills in team supervision and coaching.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, including scheduling, task prioritization, and workload coordination.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and provide clear direction to staff.
- Business and operational awareness, including basic knowledge of sales reporting, inventory control, and merchandising practices.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or evenings as needed, and to stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in Management, fashion or apparel retail is an asset.
