Role Description This is a full-time, in office Manager role located in Huntsville, ON. The Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising team members, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring high standards of guest service and food quality. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, managing cash and store deposits, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with health and safety regulations.
The Manager trains and coaches staff, supports performance management, and helps implement company initiatives and promotions.
This position also involves collaborating with leadership to meet sales and profitability targets, resolve operational issues, and build strong relationships with guests and the local community.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management, with the ability to lead shifts and supervise diverse teams.
- Robust customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in basic business operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness standards, and workplace health and safety practices.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in quick-service restaurants or branded food-service environments is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
