Position Overview
The Marketing Events Coordinator reports to the Manager, Marketing Events, and provides support to the planning, coordination, and execution of Compugen’s event portfolio as assigned. This role provides hands-on support throughout the full event lifecycle from budgeting and vendor management to communications, onsite execution, and post-event closeout. As the Coordinator, you’ll be responsible to help ensure every Compugen event reflects the company’s brand and drives the desired business/culture outcomes.
Day to day, you will help maintain event project plans and support the coordination of event logistics. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help ensure all events align with brand standards, established processes, and execution best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across Compugen's marketing events portfolio, as assigned.
- Ability to support multiple events concurrently while remaining organized, solutions-focused, and professional under pressure.
- Maintain project plans, task trackers, playbooks, budgets, event lists, briefs, and run-of-show documents.
- Assist with event budget administration, purchase orders, invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation activities.
- Support event planning and execution activities to ensure alignment with marketing operational and budget standards.
- Help with vendor sourcing, coordination, contracting processes, and ongoing communications to ensure successful event execution.
- Support attendee registration management, reporting, communications, and response tracking to ensure a positive participant experience.
- Support in coordination of all other event elements including communications and reminders, accommodation needs, catering, room setup, A/V requirements, catering, swag and materials, technology platform coordination, run‑of‑show, post‑event evaluations, and business development follow‑ups.
- Provide onsite and/or virtual support including registration, setup and coordination, tear‑down, etc.

Skills &
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination and/or marketing operations, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience using project management, CRM, event registration, and email marketing platforms (e.g., ClickUp,
HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is considered an asset.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to accurately track tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain detailed records within project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Exceptional administrative discipline with organized, traceable, and up to date files in shared repositories.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and uphold processes and timelines, while delivering high quality execution under tight timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross functional alignment, deliverable coordination, and consistent stakeholder engagement.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors.A team first, collaborative approach that embraces feedback and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office, virtual, onsite event support).
