Trans East Trailers is a commercial trailer sales, service parts and rentals with quickly growing parts and service departments. We are currently looking for 310J and 310T Mechanics. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

Pay rate is dependent on experience.

Who we are looking for:

- Commercial trailer mechanics at all levels of experience - Someone who is a self starter who requires minimal oversight - The qualified person will work in a rapid paced environment and have the ability to learn when needed - Someone with strong communication skills - A team player Description of Work Tasks - Performing mechanical work on commercial trailers - Ensuring quality of work - Maintaining orderly and clean working habits - Reporting nonconforming situations - Read and understand work orders given by shop manager - Report to shop manager progress of each job - Work with Parts desk to obtain necessary material for repairs - Other projects and duties as assigned by the shop manager - Work with Sales Team when needed to discuss repair - Knowledge of ABS Diagnostic equipment would be helpful - Mechanic license is an asset What We Offer - Full Time employment with competitive wages - Health, dental and life insurance benefits, a Group RRSP matching program
