THE ROLE: CLOSE DEALS & OWN YOUR INCOME

You will handle the entire sales pipeline and be the engine behind our gym's growth.

- Dominate the Pipeline: Handle a high volume of inbound leads, outbound calls, and follow-ups.
- Close with Conviction: Lead face-to-face consultations, blast through objections, and sign up new members.
- Crush Targets: Move the needle daily to maximize your uncapped commission and monthly bonuses.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven Hustle:



Experience in sales, commission-based retail, or phone sales.
- Strong Presence: Mature, confident, and well-spoken. You know how to guide a conversation.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both French and English (Montreal market).
- High Energy: You thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

- $52,000–$70,000/year base potential.
- Uncapped Commissions + monthly performance bonuses.
