We are looking for highly organized and energetic candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Member Services Staff position, accountable directly to the Manager, Member Services
Key Responsibilities
- Answer questions regarding SSF services, events, and policies via our live chat or in-person
- Inform students of the SSF’s Health and Dental Insurance Plan, Shuttle Bus Service and other SSF services
- Assist with the completion of insurance claim forms and related questions regarding the domestic student health and dental plan
- Communicate with internal and external clients
- Meet regularly with Manager, Member Services
- Develop and maintain contacts with relevant organizations/ departments/ services/ programs/etc. on and off-campus
- Adhere to SSF and Seneca College Policies, Seneca College Code of Conduct
- Ensure excellent levels of customer service
- Provide helpful information to clients
- Must be versatile to work all hours of the day and weekends

- Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time Seneca Polytechnic program during the Fall 2026 semester
- Must reside in Ontario
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number
- Must have an account with a Canadian bank

- Through the work experience gained in this role, by the end of their term, the Member Services Staff will be able to:
