Job Title: Microsoft 365 Business Central Business Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Business Central Business Analyst with robust expertise in CRM, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance processes. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Dynamics Business Central implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting users throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, understand, and analyze client business processes to design and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Configure and set up Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance solutions, improve interfaces, and optimize Dynamics BC features.
- Define enhancements for reports, workflows, forms, and business processes.
- Perform solution testing to ensure business acceptance and accuracy.
- Communicate project tasks, issues, and status updates to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Provide usability guidance and prepare reference materials for key users and end users.
- Deliver detailed utilization and work status reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Interact effectively with domestic and global customers.
- Participate in master data validation and go-live activities.
- Provide post go-live support and user training.
- Support business users in Canada and PST time zones.

Required Skills





- Strong domain knowledge in CRM processes, SCM, and Finance.
- Experience in a minimum of 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Strong solution design, analysis, and business process reengineering skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and client-facing engagements.
- Experience configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Solution testing and user acceptance testing experience.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and customers.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Experience with project leadership and stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Experience supporting go-live activities, post-implementation support, and end-user training.
