Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
- Coordinate business center relocation, relocation, reduction and technology renovation projects;
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the efficient delivery of projects impacting IT infrastructure;
- Act as the main point of contact for information technology related requests and projects;
- Produce IT budgets for projects and track actual costs until they are closed;
- Define the technological requirements required for construction, fit-out and conversion projects;
- Trigger workflows and save project activities in the appropriate management tools;
- Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with established service agreements, budgets and standards;
- Facilitate follow-up meetings with key stakeholders and communicate upcoming technology initiatives;
- Plan relocation and technology downgrading activities by ensuring effective coordination of stakeholders;
- Oversee the delivery of work done by internal resources and external vendors;
- Ensure the availability of infrastructure resources, equipment and network links according to established schedules;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate user adoption of technology solutions;
- Design and maintain project progress indicators, dashboards and reports;
- Write and maintain documentation, procedures, guidelines, and knowledge bases related to operations;
- Centralize site operational information to support service continuity and knowledge management.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience coordinating information technology projects and initiatives;
- Experience coordinating at least two major moving projects;
- Master concepts related to equipment, networks and information technology;
- Hold a bachelor's degree or certificate in project management;
- Have a bachelor's degree or certificate in administration;
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail;
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and project follow-up skills;
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, users and suppliers;
- Design reports, analyze indicators and set up monitoring mechanisms;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and ServiceNow;
- Efficiently gather internal customer needs and propose suitable solutions;
- Enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams;
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ensure project monitoring and accountability;
- Demonstrate strong team spirit, customer service and excellent communication skills;
- Demonstrate leadership, open-mindedness, and collaboration;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and skilled communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
