- Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency
- Evaluate and improve pharmacy service standards
- Provide coaching for team development and performance
- Implement recent strategies to enhance service delivery
- Create internal programs to strengthen pharmacy capabilities Requirements:
- B.Sc. or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy
- Licensed and in good standing in PEI
- Minimum three years of pharmacy management
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
