Human Resources Exemption: No Experience - Experience as RN (NP) in a Primary Health Care setting preferred.

- One year experience in community needs assessment/development/health promotion Education - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses - Registered Nurse Practitioner (RN(NP)) Other Education and Training - Certification in recognized Primary Care NP equivalent program is acceptable
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
- Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP) Knowledge and Abilities - Knowledge of population health approach to health promotion/prevention
- Demonstrates knowledge in community development/assessment.
