Position #: 205846 Expected Start Date: August 22, 2025 Union: SUN Facility: Preeceville District Health Centre City/Town: Preeceville Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Full time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: Yes Under the general direction of the Primary Health Care Manager, and as part of the multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) (RN(NP)) is responsible for the provision of primary health care services to individuals and specific client groups in accordance with evidence based knowledge and advanced nursing practice. This role includes clinical practice, consultation and collaboration with other health care professionals, education, leadership, research, and development of quality improvement initiatives.

Experience - One (1) year experience with community development/health promotion activities - Three years fulltime experience as a Registered Nurse Education - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
