Who we are kiimento designs cameras and creative tech: real, working products that kids and teens use, not screen time. We're a Canadian team, selling in North America, the UK, the EU, Australia and Japan through our own Shopify store, Amazon, wholesalers and retailers. We hold licenses with Disney/Pixar, Marvel and Sanrio, and our newest line, the kiko mini camera blind box, is launching now.
Small team, real ownership. Nobody here has a narrow lane, and nobody's work is decorative.
The role
Our Amazon business is the single biggest thing this role owns. Listings, inventory, cases, ads coordination, account health, and the day-to-day mess of selling physical goods across multiple Amazon marketplaces. Everything else on this list is real work too, but if Amazon isn't healthy, nothing else on your week matters.
You'll report directly to the founder and work alongside the marketing, logistics and customer experience side of the team.
What you'll own
Amazon (most of your week)
- Seller Central operations across US, CA, UK, EU, AU and JP: listings, variations, flat files, A+ content, Brand Registry
- FBA inventory planning and replenishment, shipment creation, receiving problems, removals, reconciliation of lost and damaged units
- Account health: policy warnings, listing suppressions, IP and safety complaints, restricted product reviews, opening and escalating cases until they actually close
- Catalogue hygiene across licensed SKUs, including making sure licensed artwork and claims stay compliant
- Working with marketing on inventory-aware Amazon Ads decisions
Marketplaces and retail
- Shopify: order flow, inventory sync, app and integration issues
- Retailer portals: item setup, purchase orders, routing and chargebacks
Inventory and logistics support
- Global stock positions across our 3PL network in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia, plus retail and marketplace inventory
- Inbound coordination with our factories and freight forwarders, allocation at receiving, exception chasing
- Flagging stockouts and overstocks before they become a problem, not after
Customer support
- Support customer email and Amazon messages
- Turning repeat complaints into product or listing fixes
What you need
- Two or more years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central operations for a physical product brand. Not "familiar with Amazon." You have personally created FBA shipments, fixed suppressed listings, and fought a case to a resolution.
- Fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken. You'll be in daily contact with our manufacturing partners and freight forwarders in China.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and data: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Self-direction. We're remote and lean. Nobody will assign you your week.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Assets, not requirements
- Shopify admin experience, especially inventory, apps and B2B
- Freight, customs or 3PL experience (HS codes, duty, customs brokers, DDP terms)
- Working knowledge of Claude or similar AI tools for real operational work: building reports, drafting SOPs, cleaning data. We use Claude daily and we'd rather you were already fluent.
- Vendor Central, EDI, or big-box retail portal experience
- French
- Basic finance literacy: margin, landed cost, sell-through
Why you'll like it here
- Direct line to decisions. You'll see your changes in the numbers the same week.
- Fully remote, flexible schedule, results measured on output not presence.
- A team small enough that your judgment matters and big enough that you're not alone.
- Real consumer products that kids and teenagers love, plus licensed work with some of the best-known characters in the world.
