This full-time permanent role requires responsiveness to emergencies and assisting recent residents with their transition. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team while managing daily tasks, including security patrols, logging case notes, and addressing maintenance issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Secure the building and conduct patrols overnight
- Attend to emergencies and conduct intakes for new residents
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients
- Maintain cleanliness of office and common areas
- Update daily logs and occupancy reports Requirements:
- Diploma in social services or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the social service system in Toronto
- Ability to manage and de-escalate abusive behavior
- Reliable team member with strong communication skills
