We are looking for a PAV Support Advisor who will act as a key resource for our dealer network and internal teams.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Assess and process and follow up on requests from dealers.
- Act in the best interest of the dealer and take the necessary actions to efficiently resolve issues related to:
- Orders

- Shipments and deliveries
- Order delays and status updates

- Missing or incorrect parts

- Conduct the necessary research and, when required, authorize credits related to incomplete shipments, returns and freight charges.
- Support internal teams on topics related to PAV orders, shipments and deliveries.
- Collaborate with purchasing, transportation and logistics teams.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

- Relevant education or experience in customer service, administration, logistics or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, operational support or an setting where problem-solving and managing multiple requests are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- A strong passion for serving our customers and dealers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify information and adapt your approach to different situations.
- Demonstrated judgment, initiative and resourcefulness in identifying solutions to complex or unusual situations.
- Knowledge of SAP and dealer management system considered an asset
