Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing customer service and parts advice;
- Managing orders, parts searches, purchases, and inventory;
- Optimizing storage and following up on returns and cores;
- Handling administrative tasks related to parts;
- Supervising, training,
and scheduling the Parts Department team;
- Ensuring adequate schedule coverage and the smooth operation of the department.
Experience, training & skills that will help you succeed:
- Relevant vocational diploma (DEP);
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the parts industry (an asset);
- Natural leadership and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to make quick decisions and work well under pressure;
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
- Bilingual French and English, as some customers and suppliers may be English-speaking.
