- Eligible for registration with CPSS (for applicants outside of Saskatchewan).
- Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C) through the NCCPA.
- (May be asked to provide proof of meeting maintenance of certification)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA) through PACCC; or Memberships - Canadian Association of Physician Assistants
