What Will You
Do?
As a Senior Product Manager, Growth at Relay, you will own the full activation journey from first login to funded and habitual use while defining metrics that predict retention and revenue. You will run a continuous experiment engine, form hypotheses, design tests, and ship interventions that close drop-off gaps across onboarding and lifecycle surfaces. Additionally, you will partner closely with design and engineering to deliver polished experiences and collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to align the entire first-run surface around a shared definition of an activated customer.
