Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:
- Design and develop enterprise solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio;
- Build, test, publish and maintain Copilot Studio agents to meet different business needs;
- Define solution architectures, integration models, and technical designs;
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, APIs, and third-party applications;
- Implement and enforce the platform's governance, security, and compliance practices;
- Manage solution lifecycle, deployments, and automation using Azure DevOps;
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure alignment of solutions and requirements;
- Participate in Agile activities, including refining the product backlog, writing user stories, testing and releases.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft business application development, including Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related field or equivalent experience;
- Master Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors;
- Have experience in designing, developing, testing,
publishing and maintaining Copilot Studio agents;
- Know topic configuration, generative responses, knowledge sources, actions, connectors, agent flows, and transfer mechanisms;
- Understand data modeling in Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, views, forms, and solution management;
- Demonstrate experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, APIs, and third-party systems;
- Master Power Platform governance practices, environment policies, DLP policies, security, monitoring, and operational support;
- Have experience in application lifecycle management, solution management, deployment automation, source control, and Azure DevOps;
- Effectively use Power Fx, expressions, flow logic, error handling, reusable components, and performance optimization techniques;
- Develop solutions taking into account the architecture, integration, non-functional requirements, and estimation of the Power Platform and Copilot Studio initiatives;
- Working in an Agile delivery workplace;
- Ensure a minimum presence of 3 days per week at the downtown Montreal office.
