This role involves manufacturing parts and tooling from high-detail drawings and operating CNC machines effectively. You will play a key role in assembling and troubleshooting components while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Candidates should have a robust understanding of GD&T; and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture parts from drawings, CAD models, or verbal directions
- Set up and operate various machining equipment
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers and calipers
- Collaborate with the design team for optimizations
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations Requirements:
- Journeyman Tool & Die Maker or similar certification
- 5+ years in machining or prototype environments
- Manual machining expertise, CNC experience is a plus
- Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
