Brickhouse Kitchen & Bar The Brickhouse Kitchen + Bar, our food is our story, you can see it in every plate we prepare. As a Prep Cook, You Will

- Complete daily preparation of food
- Ensure food is prepped with high quality and in a timely fashion
- Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Organize work areas as well as storage areas
- Maintain a high standard of safety and sanitation
- Communicate with kitchen staff, cooks, sous chef, and the Head Chef




- Follow instructions as directed by the Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Assist in all areas of the kitchen as required
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Follow all operations policies and procedures
- Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

- Love for building strong relationships with team members
- Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a rapid-paced environment
- A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun, our guests do too

What You Bring

- Cooking or prep experience is an asset
- A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
